Description
When Chan heads to Paris for a reunion with his WWI buddies, he finds the City of Light plunged into darkness, as Europe teeters on the brink of war. But when Chan stumbles on an evil spy ring that's selling arms to Germany, the intrepid detective is determined to shed the light of justice onto evil's darkest and most dangerous enterprise.
