Description
Description
This story will sound familiar to many of us: I feel hungry and eat, I binge and think that bingeing is "the problem." I start the diet and I get frustrated because the kilos, as they left, come back. I feel guilty for having eaten too much, I hate my body and my self-esteem is on the ground. This is the spiral that thousands of women enter around the world. But what are we hungry for? Sumati teaches us to look at ourselves with compassion and tenderness, to listen to ourselves honestly and to discover that becoming aware of our relationship with food is a unique opportunity to get to know ourselves better, be more assertive and take control of our lives. Because that binge was probably just the tip of the iceberg.
