Description
Salomé fue la hija del Rey Herodes que pidió por despecho la cabeza de San Juan Bautista. Carlos Saura recrea esta historia bíblica volviendo al estilo de sus primeras películas, que son en realidad cuadros musicales. Aída Gómez, directora del Ballet Nacional de España entre 1998 y 2001, compone la coreografía y encarna a la propia Salomé. Su baile es el encargado de narrar la historia de esta joven ambiciosa.
